AGM

The AGM was held last night, thanks to all who attended.

Afterwards (when Kathleen had left) there was a demonstration of hoovering by Francie. "Now, this is the way I do it at home, but I wear a little pinnie". The demonstration was of intense interest to Sean (Chairman), Richie (PRO) and Mattie (Assistant Chairman), although none of them were interested enough to take their hands out of their pockets.

Thornes Cup final pictures

Having been beaten comprehensively by Cynthy in the round-robin, Richie somehow struggled through to the knockout stage. Richie beat Francie and Matt beat Peter in the semi-finals, to get to the Thornes Cup Final 2011. Richie was on great form all night and won out. A great night was had by everyone. Congratulations to Richie on his first Thornes trophy, only 10 more to catch up with Francie! Thanks also to the club members for supporting the night.
